Refund Policy

At SAHVE , every project is handled with care, time, and creative effort. To ensure fairness for both parties, the following refund and cancellation terms apply to all services.

1. Full Refunds

A full refund may be requested under either of the following circumstances:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of paying their invoice, provided work on the project has not already begun.

  • Before work begins: If the client decides to cancel after the initial 24-hour period, a full refund may still be granted if work on the project has not yet begun.

Once work has begun, the refund terms below will apply.

2. Partial Refunds

If a client is dissatisfied with the work delivered during the project, they may be eligible for a partial refund. Each request will be reviewed individually, taking into account the work completed, time invested, and any agreed-upon deliverables.

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and will be determined fairly on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Refunds After Final Delivery

Once the final product has been delivered to the client, refunds are not available, as the agreed-upon service has been completed and the final work has been provided.

If the client is dissatisfied with the final product, they may contact Sahve Studio to discuss the possibility of a partial refund. Any such refund is at the discretion of SAHVE and is not guaranteed.

4. Project Cancellations

Clients who wish to cancel a project must contact SAHVE as soon as possible. If work has already begun, any refund eligibility will depend on the amount of work completed and the applicable terms outlined above.

5. Agreement to the Policy

By purchasing a service and paying an invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

For refund or cancellation requests, please contact SAHVE directly.

Thank you for supporting SAHVE and respecting the time and creativity that go into every project.
